Founder & Director

My name is Stella Lee, and I am the Founder, Clinical Director, and Behaviour Consultant at Wonder & Grow Learning Center. I am delighted to introduce myself and share the vision behind our work with children and families in the community.

With more than a decade of experience in child development, behavioural support, mental health, and education, I am deeply committed to helping children build meaningful developmental, emotional, social, communication, and learning skills. My approach is child-centred, relationship-based, and collaborative, recognizing that every child has a unique developmental profile, individual strengths, and their own way of engaging with the world.

I began my professional career in Korea as a Child Psychotherapist and Play and Art Therapist, supporting children with emotional, behavioural, developmental, and family-related needs. After moving to Canada, I continued my work in early childhood education as a licensed Early Childhood Educator, with additional certifications in Infant and Toddler Education and Special Needs Education. My experience working in preschool and early learning settings strengthened my understanding of child development and the essential role of collaboration among children, families, educators, and professionals.

As a Behaviour Consultant and Clinical Director, I now support children and families through developmental assessment, individualized intervention planning, behavioural consultation, parent collaboration, professional supervision, and coordinated multidisciplinary services. I work closely with families and service providers to develop practical, meaningful, and individualized plans that can be applied across therapy, home, school, and community environments.

I founded Wonder & Grow to create a supportive and creative environment where therapy, developmental learning, education, and the arts can come together. Our goal is not simply to address individual challenges, but to understand each child as a whole person and support their communication, independence, emotional well-being, creativity, relationships, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

I feel privileged to be part of each child’s developmental journey and look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside the children, families, and professionals in our community.
